I bought my Harman pellet stove about 4 years ago. I never owned a pellet stove before and the staff was very helpful in helping with my needs. I wasn't pressured to buy a bigger or more expensive stove than I needed. After picking up my stove they were very helpful with my questions on installing it myself.
